BSX 2026 Overview

In 2020, the Hon’ble Prime Minister set transformative vision for advancing India’s space sector. The nation has since achieved remarkable progress, marked by the emergence of over 300 space-tech startups, introduction of progressive policy reforms, and the successful launch of landmark missions such as Chandrayaan-3, Aditya-L1, SpaDeX, NISAR, and LVM3-M5.

Today, India’s space sector is valued at USD 8.4 billion, contributing nearly 2% to the global space economy and is projected to reach USD 44 billion by 2033.
